De Sauvignon Blanc druiven staan aangeplant op de wijngaard van Santa Rita Leyda. Er heerst een koud klimaat die sterk wordt beïnvloed door de nabijgelegen Stille Oceaan. Hierdoor wordt het warme weer getemperd en kunnen de druiven rustig rijpen. En zeker de Sauvignon Blanc druiven gedijen bij dit klimaat perfect. De bodemstructuur bestaat uit voornamelijk graniet met een beetje klei. De Sauvignon Blanc geniet van de glooiende heuvels en resulteren een fruitige wijnen met een mooie concentratie. Afhankelijk van het rijpingsniveau van de Sauvginon Blanc worden ze rond maart geoogst. Vervolgens worden ze vrijwel direct naar de wijnmakerij gebracht voor de verdere verwerking. De koude maceratie vindt tijdens het voeren al plaats. In de wijnmakerij aangekomen worden de druiven geperst, en het verkregen sap wordt 48 uur gedecanteerd. Dit zorgt uiteindelijke voor de juiste dosis complexiteit. De wijn fermenteert in roestvrijstalen tanks bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur, waarna het tijd is voor het rijpingsproces. De wijn rijpt tussen de 10 en 15 maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten op zijn eigen droesem. Hierdoor krijgt de Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc levendigheid en een mooi mondgevoel.Geniet van een gebalanceerde fruitige Sauvignon Blanc
Met een groengele kleur verschijnt de Sauvignon Blanc in het glas. De geur is intens met aroma’s van grapefruit, limoen en citrus die wordt aangevuld met kruisbes. De smaak is elegant met een levendige zuurgraad in de mond. Mooi in balans met een fruitige smaak die zich over het gehemelte verspreidt, en wat uiteindelijk doorzet in een fruitige afdronk.Shipping Notes

The shelves sag away from the wall overtime

Although the wood quality and finish of the shelf are clean and well-made, the main issue is that the shelves begin to sag over time while holding around 10 pounds, even though the product listing claims they can support up to 20 pounds. They may perform better on a brick wall, but on drywall you should be cautious.
To fix the problem, I had to purchase floating shelf brackets for support, which solved the sagging issue. However, this defeats the purpose of the “floating” aesthetic. Since the shelf is in my bedroom, I can overlook it, but I personally wouldn’t install these in a common area if I wanted a clean floating look.

Looks nice, easy to install

This shelf is lightweight, looks nice, and was easy to install. It comes with a little level to help you install it properly. There are plenty of mounting holes to choose from, so it is easy to screw it directly into a stud, or to just use holes that are convenient for you. It comes with a plethora of mounting hardware.
I mounted mine a bit high up and chose to mount it upside down so that I wouldn't see the three screws that hold the shelf to the mounting bracket.
