Dit gerenommeerde wijnhuis heeft in totaal ruim 100 hectare wijngaarden, waarmee het wat betreft oppervlakte ook bij de top van de Oostenrijkse wijnen hoort. De wijngaarden zijn verdeeld over drie domeinen. Tattendorf, waar voornamelijk blauwe druivenrassen groeien en Gumpoldskirchen, gelegen even buiten Oostenrijk, zijn van groot belang voor het wijnhuis. Maar het is toch de wijngaard bij de thuisbasis, gelegen in de Oostenrijkse hoofdstad. Op deze wijngaard groeien ook de druiven voor Stift Kloster Neuburg Wiener Gemischter Satz. Hiervoor worden maar liefst zeven (!) typische Weense druivenrassen voor gebruikt. Naast bekende hoogvliegers zoals Gruner Veltliner, Riesling en Weissburgunder, vind je ook minder bekende druivenrassen in deze bijzondere wijn. Wat dacht je van de Welschriesling, een variant op de bekende riesling. Doordat de wijngaarden in Wenen een bijzondere hoeveelheid kalk, loss en klei bevatten in de bodem, hebben de frisse zuren in Stift Kloster Neuburg Wiener Gemischter Satz vrij spel. Het maakt de wijn lekker levendig en geeft zelfs de nodige mineralen aan deze witte wijn uit Oostenrijk. Je proeft en ruikt duidelijk vers geplukte granny smith appels, wat mango, ananas en kumquats. I have been using Thayers for years. My skin is sooo dry and tight post shower. I put this in a small mister bottle, and Mist my face.
Scalp- my scalp gets itchy, I use this, witch hazel, apple Cider Vinegar and water in a dropper. Works amazing!
