Nase:

Zunächst zeigt sich der 2022 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune von Boris Champy zuzrückhaltend, bevor er mit zunehmender Belüftung langsam im Glas ausbaut. Ein generell mineralischer Grundcharakter strömt aus dem Kelch und erinnert an nasse Kiesel sowie Tafelkreide. Über der zarten Salzigkeit schweben Noten nach Zitrus, Zitronen-Öl und Zitronenmelisse. Dazu kommen Aromen nach frischen Kräutern und knackigem Kernobst wie grünen Äpfeln und Birnen. Ein Jungspund, der sich über ein, zwei weitere Jahre auf der Flasche freut.

Im Antrunk ist er definiert durch seine distinktive Dichte und seinen salinen Charakter. Mit cremiger Struktur spannt sich der lange, lebendige und reife Säurebogen weit über den Gaumen. Agiler Typ, spannungsreich und druckvoll mit eleganter Struktur. Top konturiert mit trainiertem Körper, fest und sehnig bei mittelkräftiger Statur und feinen, engmaschigen und polierten Gerbstoffen.
