Nase und Gaumen:

Chardonnay, größtenteils vom Kalk bringt etwas Frucht und weinige Intensität, Weißburgunder von Kalk & Granit eher zurückhaltend in der Frucht, bringt Kräuter und Finesse in die Cuvée. Im 22er Jahrgang klappt die Balance besonders gut, da die beiden Rebsorten sehr unterschiedlich auf die Bedingungen reagiert haben und sich dadurch ideal ergänzen.
