This versatile flashlight runs on either AA lithium or AA alkaline batteries, offering users a choice in the field. By loosen and tighten the head to switch between five output mode - lowest for longest runtime at 5 lumens, middle for normal use at 68 lumens, highest for maximum light at 130 lumens, strobe for tactical and SOS for seek help. The L1A's pushbutton tailcap click switch provides secure, ergonomic activation control: press for momentary-on, click for constant-on. The L1A's small size makes it light enough to clip to the brim of cap for hands-free operation.
