Practicing biodynamic viticulture with no malolactic fermentation, the 2022 is fermented and aged in a glass wine globe rather than oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered—an approach that strips away every variable except the vine and its soil. The 2022 scores 97 points (Vinous): massive concentration within a restrained, citrus-driven frame with seamless texture and a persistently saline finish.
