FAQ:

Q1: Why doesn't one of the screens light up after I connect the cable?

1) Note: The monitor is incompatible with Apple's M1 and Microsoft's Surface Pro, but compatible with the M1 Pro and Max.

2) Due to the insufficient voltage of some laptops( 5V 2A /10w or above Power is required), one screen may not work normally. You can try to use the attached adapter to power or use an additional USB cable to power the screen.

3) Some new models of laptops have two TYPE-C ports, but only one port can output signal in function, which makes them only support one screen display. You can use an additional HDMI cable to start the other monitor screen.

4) Some old models of laptops can't be used because they lack HDMI or Type-C port to connect with the monitor. If so, you can use a HUB, a docking station or a multiport adapter HDMI for connection. After connecting with the docking station, in order to use the monitor normally, you need to restart the laptop and triple monitor screens.

Q2: The screens show "No Signal", how to solve it?

1) If you use HDMI to support video transmission, please make sure that the power supply is connected, you need to connect also the USB-C to USB-A to power on screens.

2) If your laptop's USB-C port is like type "USB SS", this means that it's only for power supply. You must use a docking station or HDMI adapter cable to extend the extra DisplayPort. After you use the docking station, you need to restart your dual screen.

3) If you use 2 Type-C cables to connect the screen with the monitor, make sure that your Type-C cables support the video signal transmission(Type-C Full Function Port). Search for your laptop user manual for these details.

How to Use Our Triple Portable Monitor?

Step 1: Make sure your laptop model and size are suitable

If your laptop is 15-17" and also within the following size range of length, thickness and height, you can use and install our monitor, otherwise your laptop doesn't fit our monitor.

Step 2: Identify Your Laptop Ports

Our 13.3 inch attachable triple monitors only support Type-C and HDMI ports.

Please identify your laptop ports to find the right connecting method to the triple monitors in the next step.

Notice: If your MacBook uses the Apple latest chip M1 or your laptop model is Surface Pro, it won't support our triple monitor.

Step 3: Find the Right Connection Methods

1) Type-C/Thunderbolt-3 Ports Connection (support power & data transmission): Use included Type-C cords to connect the monitor.

2) HDMI Port Connection: Use included HDMI cords and connect power supply to use the monitor.
