This coffee undergoes aerobic fermentation without water, a process that enhances its distinctive fruity and floral characteristics. Following fermentation, the beans are dried on raised beds for 20 days, allowing for optimal air circulation and even drying.
🌱 Preserving Freshness & Complexity
After drying, the coffee is stabilized for another 20 days in GrainPro bags, ensuring flavor consistency and peak quality in every batch. The result is a rich and dynamic cup with notes of almond, black tea, flowers, green apple, matcha, and peach.
