The 'Vela' Figure 8 Noseband for horses is designed with a ring-based configuration that allows true 360-degree adjustment, offering significantly greater flexibility in the figure 8 noseband's fitting compared to an anatomical leather-based grackle noseband for horses.

While leather-based mexican nosebands may be designed anatomically, they do not offer the same level of independent adjustment and positioning that the ring setup allows. This design helps the noseband sit naturally and evenly across different head shapes, improving stability and comfort without restriction enhancing the overall grackle bridle's fit.

At the center of the noseband sits a soft sheepskin-padded circular centerpiece that cushions the area under the most tension when riding in a figure 8 noseband. The plush padding helps reduce friction and pressure while maintaining the refined appearance expected from premium jumping and eventing tack.

Widely used in show jumping and eventing, the purpose of a figure 8 noseband is to provide stability without interfering with breathing. Its higher crossing design helps keep the horse’s mouth comfortably closed while allowing greater airflow during intense work, making it especially suitable for strong horses in fast-paced disciplines.

Each stitch is precisely sewn and counts up to 10 to 12 stitches per inch with heavy-duty cotton threads that are trimmed to impart clean and finished looks in order to retain optimum durability and beauty. Smoothly finished and curved with special polish & lacquered on premium quality buckles for long-lasting results.

Kids love the newest “Worst” tale-
Format: Hardcover
Kids will love this next book in The Worst series. Awesome, fun, colorful illustrations in this tale with Gilbert the Goblin trying to escape cupids and valentines. Instead of candy for Valentine’s Day give the gift of this book. My students love when Alex Willan has a new book out and are loving this one.

Plenty of fun for Gilbert fans!
Format: Hardcover
As in previous books in the series, Gilbert the Goblin complains about the problems he sees with Valentine's Day, what he calls 'mushy malarkey'. Young readers who don't care for the holiday will find much to relate to in the book. Although, Gilbert's complaints seem a tad trifling. Coconut chocolates are 'Blech'. He seems to have a special issue with the cupid's 'perfect', 'beautiful', and 'luxurious' hair. When Gilbert faces off with a group of cupids, he just barely manages to escape their love arrows, or so he thinks until he backs into a cactus in his own yard and believes he has been pricked by one such love arrow. He then becomes a goblin full of love. He loves his spells, his potions, even himself, but not coconut chocolates. He even welcomes his friends over to celebrate before bidding his pet sock slugs a fond goodnight. Good thing the love spell wears off. This funny book follows the pattern of the previous five books, but the addition of adorable cupids as well as Gilbert's beloved cactuses and pet sock slugs provides plenty of freshness as Gilbert once again (reluctantly) joins in the festivities. Plenty of fun for young fans of the series.
