Hoshizaki UR27B Description
Ideal for limited space beneath countertops, the Hoshizaki UR27B reach-in refrigerator offers 7.21 cubic feet of chilled storage space for cheeses, meats, and vegetables. It’s constructed of strong stainless steel along the top, sides, front, and interior to resist rust and corrosion despite heavy use and features four 4-inch casters for smooth maneuvering. Similarly, this unit locks in place with two of these casters, creating a stable space that promotes user safety. For simplified access to food items as needed, the undercounter refrigerator is paired with a stainless steel, field-reversible door and an adjustable wire rack.
The Hoshizaki UR27B one-section refrigerator features a self-contained refrigeration system that maximizes storage space while maintaining temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. It utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an enamel-coated evaporator to remove ambient air from the storage cavity, while the air distribution system spreads cool air throughout the unit for a consistently chilled cabin. Considering the evaporator collects moisture that turns into ice after lengthy periods of time, this refrigerator is programmed with off-cycle defrosts to help prevent permanent damage.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
