Insert compatible with Dominant Species. The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilised during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times.
The trays are arranged in up to two layers as shown below. Note that the terrain hexagons are arranged in two stacks on either side of the card tray. The FS-DOMSP insert works equally well with Dominant Species: Marine, please check the separate product page for info.
The insert includes a tray for each of the player piece colours, separating the pieces by type. The card tray has sufficient space for sleeved cards. There is also one filler tray to keep the other trays in place and make space for the bag of element tokens.
When packing the box, first place the game board on top of the trays. This is followed by the rule book and two stacks of the animal displays. This fully fills the box and allows for vertical storage of the game.
