Drs. Toine de Graaf is sinds 1989 als journalist gespecialiseerd in gezondheidszorg. Na dienstverbanden bij een tijdschrift en een dagblad koos hij in 1996 voor een freelance bestaan. De Graaf is eindredacteur van Fit met Voeding en schrijft daarnaast voor diverse media waaronder ORTHOmoleculair Magazine en het tijdschrift gezondNU.


e auteurs zijn groot voorstander van mediterrane voeding en het ‘oerdieet’. Omdat ons lichaam en onze genen gedurende miljoenen jaren aan deze voeding gewend zijn geraakt. De mens is ermee opgegroeid. Hoe anders is onze levensstijl nu. Hoe goed u ook eet en hoe verantwoord u ook leeft de omstandigheden zijn sterk veranderd en ons lichaam en onze genen hebben dit niet bij kunnen benen. Daarom voedingssupplementen.

De doorsnee dokter heeft hier geen idee van. Zelden dat u met een gedegen voedingsadvies zijn spreekkamer verlaat. Hij schrijft liever medicijnen voor zelfs als goede voeding en voedingssupplementen de oorzaak van de aandoening aanpakken zeker bij het ouder worden. Al decennialang nemen medicijnen de plaats in van goede voeding. Toepassing van voedingssupplementen werd en wordt stelselmatig genegeerd.

De auteurs tonen aan dat de orthomoleculaire wetenschap een logisch uitvloeisel is van de grote ontdekkingen binnen de voedingswetenschap in de vorige eeuw. Het sluit volledig aan op het gedachtegoed van de grote ontdekkers van vitaminen. Deze tijdlijn met de orthomoleculaire wetenschap als ‘natuurlijk’ onderdeel kan zonder meer worden doorgetrokken naar de toekomst met de afronding van het Humane Genoom Project als aanjager.

Quality is not there, I am very disappointed!

I am one of those very rare ladies that will wait until her previous purse is on its last leg before I buy a new one. That is when I decided I needed this one. Once I opened the package I noticed a very distinct odor, it was very obviously the purse and it was not a "new" smell it was very off-putting. The purse does not seem very durable as I noticed loose threads throughout the lining of the purse. I was also a little disappointed that this purse is so large but it only had one very large square pocket on the inside. The only reason I gave this more than one star is because of the two very nice pockets on the purse front. I appreciate what they were trying to do, I do not think they were quite up to par on the quality, I would not recommend this item.

Beautifully Branded and Roomy Tote Bag
This bag arrived well packaged. It was enclosed in a plastic sleeve that had a cardboard insert covering 2 sides of the bag. The bag was also inside a cloth type bag that is usually reserved for expensive purses/bags. There was also protective material covering the bag’s handle and clasp. The packaging protected the bag and there were no damage when received. When I removed the bag from its packaging, the “NK” excited and confused me. At first glance, I thought that I had mistakenly received THE designer bag with similar logo branding. There are decorative zippers on the front of the bag which uniquely camouflage 2 roomy front pockets. This was a great idea since it enables me to store items there (keys, coin purse, mints) without having to enter the bag’s main compartment to retrieve them. The closing clasps operate without incident and compliment the look of the bag. The handle allows you to throw it over the shoulder or just carry in your hands. The inside is very roomy, is nicely lined and has a pocket where you can slip items in so they don’t get lost inside the bag. The roominess of the bag reminds me more of a tote bag than a purse. Overall, this is a really nice bag that I am proud to own.

Trendy And Well Made Purse!
This is a take on a very popular style, and fairly well done. As you can see photographed here, this is a reasonably large-sized purse which you could use to and from the office, or almost as a day bag. The clasping mechanism on the top is cute, it ensures everything is contained and naturally folds the top over to give you a little bit more room under the arm. The metal accents and zippers are well done. The material feels nice although it does have a slight off gassing initially so you might want to air it out the first day. Otherwise reasonable construction and quality give this an easy five stars.

This is a roomy and well made purse. It's a modern and chic style as well. The print is well made and the materials are good. It isn't really stiff but does have structure.
