Tradebeads kettingen zijn een traditionele vorm van sieraden die hun oorsprong vinden in de lange geschiedenis van handel en ambacht in West-Afrika, met name in Ghana. Deze kettingen zijn vaak gemaakt van kleurrijke glazen kralen.

De handelskralen werden oorspronkelijk geproduceerd in Europa, met name in landen zoals Venetië en Nederland. Ze werden gebruikt als ruilmiddel voor goederen zoals goud en ivoor.
