Eerste oogst was 2020 en inmiddels is 2023 op de markt (terwijl buren al met 2024 te koop lopen). Tim houdt er niet van zijn wijnen te jong op de markt te brengen, ze vragen minstens een half jaar op fles vindt hij. In wijngaard gaat de jonge (32 lentes) Tim bijna rigide te werk. Zelfs werkgever Reinhard is er van onder de indruk. Alleen het beste fruit, rijp zonder botrytis gaat de kelder in. Niet zo rijp als bij HL, Tim houdt voor eigen wijnen van iets slanker. En droog bovendien, kurkdroog. Door bewuste oxidatie, pers en houtrijping, in de kelder komt bovendien het terroir meer naar boven dan het toch al sterke primaire riesling karakter. De wijnen zijn loepzuiver, precies en wel rijp dus. Naast Riesling is er bovendien ook heerlijke Spätburgunder, nu eens wel rijp rood uit de Moezel zonder de groene rauwheid. Zelfverzekerde wijnen met klasse en potentie. Röttgerding is een trotse importeur rijker.
