De druiven zijn afkomstig van de Zappallar wijngaarden die slechts op 7 kilometer van de kust afliggen. Het daar aanwezige specifieke microklimaat is zeer geschikt voor een ideale rijping van de Pinot Noir en de Chardonnay druif.

Deze mousserende wijn is gemaakt via de ‘méthode traditionelle / Champenoise’, oftewel op dezelfde manier als Champagne.

Elegante mousserende wijn van de Chileense topproducent Montes. Een engel! Helder strogeel van kleur. De smaak is fris en doet denken aan witte bloemen, gedroogd fruit, walnoten, hazelnoten en geroosterd broodkruim. De mousse is intens, krachtig, maar toch ook verfijnd en zijdezacht.
