Het Severne Surfzeil Blade Rood is een licht en veelzijdig freewave zeil met vijf latten voor windsurfers die brede inzetbaarheid en directe controle combineren in één doek. De 100% X-ply constructie biedt uitzonderlijk lage massa en hoge slijtageweerstand, terwijl de dacron voorlijk zorgt voor elasticiteit en een zacht, comfortabel gevoel bij mastcontact. Het vijf-latten profiel levert stabiele power voor vlot aanplaneren op plat water en voldoende bewegingsvrijheid voor manoeuvreren in lichte branding of chop. Daarmee bedient de Blade zowel recreatieve freeriders als wave-surfers die één zeil zoeken dat breed meegroeit.

Rig de Blade Rood op een RDM-mast van Severne, de Blue RDM of Gorilla RDM zijn de aanbevolen combinaties. Trim met downhaul en outhaul is duidelijk merkbaar in het profiel: iets meer downhaul voor een loser gevoel bij hard waaien, minder voor extra power bij lichtere wind. Op Nederlandse meren en kustwateren accelereert het zeil prettig en houdt het snelheid vast. De X-ply constructie behoudt zijn vorm en stijfheid meerdere seizoenen intensief gebruik in zout en brak water. Een eerlijke, betrouwbare keuze voor elke dag op het water.

These are NOT “workout” tanks offering support. They have a removable cup sewn into the front of the shirt, similar to a bathing suit. If you have small (or gloriously high) boobs and want a shirt to hide your nipples, this is great. If you want something to actually give support, this is NOT it. There is no band to provide support. So if you have large or low breasts, don’t even try. You’ll have to wear a bra with it unless you want your boobs hanging below the sewn in cups. That being said, the material is great. It’s nice and thick with lots of stretch. The cut is also adorable. And I LOVE all the colors. I wish it just had a supportive band!
