Alles draait om lage opbrengsten en een natuurlijk aanpak. In de kelder werkt hij uiterst precies en netjes. Z'n doel is om wijnen te maken met complexiteit, balans en elegantie. 

Beschrijving: Citrus, groene en gele appel, limoen, pit, zilt, licht floraal, fris, elegant.

Lekker bij: Schaal- en schelpdieren, gegrilde inktvis, ceviche, eigenlijk veel uit de zee.

Leuk weetje: Een eerbetoon aan de artisanale druiventelers en tegelmakers van Noord-Portugal. Een klassiek voorbeeld van Alvarinho, type van-land-naar-tafel wijn. Het etiket toont de rijke traditie van lokaal vakmanschap zoals de hand geschilderde 'azulejos' (tegels) die je veel ziet in en op gebouwen in de regio.

Can work, just need to be creative

The chair itself is comfortable and nice. Castor is very fluid as well as the hydraulic up-and-down. The problem is the screw sets for the back of the chair. The individuals that made this chair, and from what I see a majority of the other chairs like it, the bolt settings in the back of the chair are not angled correctly for the lumbar support angles. The intelligent, mathematicians, and engineers that have put this chair together did not calculate that lumbar angle. This means that when you try to put the bolt into the nut, you need to have at least a 25° angle for the bolt to fit properly in which the setting is not created for that process. In the end I ended up being able to get the bottom bolts into the backing of the chair, the top bolts were not able to get the proper angle to secure the chair. This being said, the chair still works comfortable and functional. It just does not have the top two bolts in the lumbar section.
