Helichrysum etherische olie wordt gewonnen uit de bloemen van de Helichrysum italicum plant, ook bekend als de strobloem of onsterfelijkheidsbloem. Deze plant behoort tot de familie Asteraceae en groeit voornamelijk in de Middellandse Zee-regio.

De olie wordt geproduceerd door stoomdestillatie van de verse bloemen van de plant. They are of good thickness, and I feel they will last a long time (of course remains to be seen). Highly recommend.
