- Triceps extensions: Hierbij houd je het touw boven je hoofd en buig je je armen om de oefening uit te voeren.
- Kickbacks: Hierbij hou je het touw vast met twee handen en maak je een kickbeweging achterwaarts met je armen.
- Triceps pulldown: Hierbij trek je het touw naar beneden met je triceps.

That is the place that my aggressive chewer shepherd/bulldog mix focuses on and is able to get small chunks off. Without that logo, he would chew the ball more evenly, instead of fixating on that one spot. He loves this ball and has chewed on it for about an hour off & on each of the 11 days he has had it.
