De schaal is gemaakt van een zorgvuldig samengestelde mix van metalen: koper, zink, tin, zilver, nikkel, cadmium, ruthenium, palladium, platinum, chroom en mangaan.

Gehamerde klankschalen
Het fabricageproces van een gehamerde klankschaal is een ambachtelijke reis. Eerst worden verschillende metalen gesmolten en samengebracht, waarbij koper en tin de basis vormen voor brons. Daarna wordt het metaal in schijven gesneden, die stuk voor stuk met de hand worden gehamerd. Dit gebeurt in meerdere fasen, waarbij de schalen steeds opnieuw roodgloeiend worden verhit. Zo behoudt het metaal zijn flexibiliteit en ontstaat langzaamaan de perfecte vorm en klank. Tot slot worden de schalen van binnen en buiten geschuurd, gepolijst en met precisie afgewerkt. Op deze manier krijgt elke klankschaal zijn eigen, unieke klank en uitstraling.

As a mom of a very active toddler, finding a diaper that actually holds up overnight has been a journey. We recently switched to the Huggies Size 7 Overnites, and overall, I’m really glad we did.
