Givry "Maison-Dieu" 2022 van Cellier des Dames is een elegante en expressieve Pinot Noir uit de Côte Chalonnaise in Bourgogne. Deze wijn combineert de typische Bourgondische finesse met een toegankelijke, fruitige stijl, perfect voor wie houdt van zachte en aromatische rode wijnen.

Vinificatie & Rijping

  • Handmatige oogst van volledig rijpe druiven

  • Traditionele fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks, met zachte extractie

  • Malolactische gisting in Franse eikenhouten vaten

  • Rijping: 12 maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten, deels nieuw voor structuur en aromatische complexiteit

Serveertip: 14–16°C, bij voorkeur in een Bourgogneglas om de aroma’s optimaal te beleven
