Waarvoor wordt dit product gebruikt
Acetylcysteïne breekt taai, vastzittend slijm af, zodat het dun vloeibaar wordt en gemakkelijk kan worden opgehoest. Acetylcysteïne kan worden gebruikt bij aandoeningen van de luchtwegen, zoals astma, bronchitis (ontsteking van het slijmvlies van de luchtpijp), emfyseem, mucoviscidose (taaislijmziekte) en bij bronchiëctasieën (langdurige verwijding van een vertakking van de luchtpijp).
Niet gebruiken bij
- U bent allergisch voor een van de stoffen in dit medicijn.

Dosering
Volwassenen: 1 maal per dag 1 sachet van 600 mg.
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
Inhoud oplossen in glas water, omroeren en gehele mengsel opdrinken; bij moeite met ophoesten advies om de dosering in de ochtend in te nemen. Sachet niet oplossen in melk of andere dranken. Niet langer dan 14 dagen gebruiken, zonder advies arts.

Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine

I bought the Thorne Magnesium Glycinate Capsules (90 servings) for $25 because I wanted a magnesium supplement that could support relaxation and better sleep as part of my nightly routine.
I’ve been taking it for about a month and noticed I feel more relaxed in the evenings and wind down easier before bed. I also tend to get tension and poor sleep when I’m run down, so having magnesium in my routine has been helpful for overall balance.
