VITICULTUUR:
🌿 Iedereen die in aanraking komt met de wijn tijdens het productieproces moet een speciale procedure volgen om contaminatie te voorkomen.
✋🚜Eind juni worden de bladeren rond de druiventrossen weggeknipt om ze meer zonlicht te geven, waardoor ze gelijktijdig rijpen. Een handgeplukte oogst. Een eerste doorgedreven selectie gebeurt tijdens het plukken zelf. Daarna worden de druiven op grote trieertafels nogmaals ontdaan van onzuiverheden en druiven van mindere kwaliteit.
VINIFICATIE:
🍷 De druiven worden na hun ontristing gedeeltelijk ontpit en zacht gekneusd, waarna een koude maceratie volgt van een viertal dagen. Gistingsproces met 4 "délestages" = een techniek waarbij de wisselwerking tussen het most en het sap geoptimaliseerd wordt. Een malolactische gisting in kleinere kuipen. De wijn wordt noch gefilterd, noch geklaard met eiwit.
⌛De oogst wordt op Franse eik gelagerd (experimenten met Amerikaanse eik). 60% nieuwe vaten en 40% jaarlingen.
DEGUSTATIE:
👁 Intens robijnrood
👃 Een palet van zeer rijp fruit met versmolten hout. Een natuurlijke aciditeit door het toepassen van biologische landbouw.
👅 Een goede vaste structuur met finesse bekomen door de ondergrond van grind in het terroir.

Extremely Overpriced

It doesn’t hold charge too long , especially if it’s not on a perfectly bright sunny day without clouds. Even at that , It will only be able to light up for maybe two or three hours at best , and not very bright at all. Construction and materials are of good quality that’s why the one start or else zi would gave given a zero if i could. it is way overpriced for what it is. I am disappointed for what I paid and the amount of production I get from it. Would have returned it if I haven’t installed them and threw away the boxes.

Very durable and designed to last a long time

I've had a pair of these lights for 7-8 years and would still be using them with no issues if a naughty racoon hadn't taken an interest in them and broken the glass on one of them. I was delighted to find that the identical looking ones (operate slightly differently) were still available.
They are extremely simple to put together (just screw together the durable metal pieces) and turn them on to the chosen brightness. It couldn't be much simpler.
I also have other Gama Sonic solar lights and they are every bit as good.

3 out of 4 are great. One did not work right away. Company send 2 extra battery packs. But still one bad unit. Talking now about options. Company seems to have good customer service. But bad light definetly an issue. 1 of 4 bad.
