Achtergrondinformatie: Weingut Jürgen Leiner ligt in de zuidelijke Pfalz. Hier staat Sven Leiner jr. aan het roer: jong, enorm gedreven, en schuwt experimenten niet. Sven combineert moderne technieken met oude tradities. Hij filtert niet. Laat de most lang in contact met de schillen (ook bij witte wijn) en gebruikt voor de vinificatie zowel grote afgesloten gistkuipen als grote foeders van eikenhout uit de Pfalz.
