Beschrijving: Bleekgoud met aroma's van citroen, groene appel, witte bloemen en een lichte mineraliteit. Fris en levendig in de mond met een scherpe, energieke zuurtegraad en een schone, langdurige afdronk.

Lekker bij: Oesters, gamba's, lichte visgerechten, geitenkaas of als aperitief.

Leuk weetje: Aligoté is de 'andere' witte druif van Bourgogne — altijd in de schaduw van Chardonnay, maar op de juiste bodems even expressief. Henri Germain maakt er één van de meest verfijnde voorbeelden van.
