Boven aan iedere hairextension zit een dun laagje keratine dat perfect samensmelt in het eigen haar, doordat keratine een natuurlijke bouwsteen van het haar is. Keratin hairextensions kunnen in het haar worden aangebracht met een warmtetang of met de Seiseta Hot Fusion.

Seiseta maakt gebruik van exclusieve Remy-kwaliteit haar. Deze kwaliteit betekent dat alle haarschubben in dezelfde richting lopen. Hierdoor zal het haar minder knopen, zal het zacht en glad aanvoelen en is hierdoor ook makkelijk te borstelen.

Producenten die zonder de Remy-kwaliteit werken, gebruiken zeer sterke zuren om de haarschubben te vernietigen. Hierdoor gaat de natuurlijke kleur, glans en structuur van het haar verloren. Hoewel het haar nog glad aan zal voelen, zal het na enkele wasbeurten gaan pluizen en knopen.
