Op deze manier kan de Pinot Noir druif zich excellent ontwikkelen. De ranken staan op een zeer kalkrijke grond, wat de rode wijn alleen maar ten goede komt.Houtlagering voor de Luca Pinot Noir
De flessen komen pas na een houtlagering van 12 maanden uit de Kelders van wijnhuis Luca. 25% van de wijn krijgt nieuw eiken, de overige wijn wordt opgevoed op oud Frans eiken. Deze combinatie is subliem! De wijn heeft iets robuusts voor een Pinot Noir. In de geur ruik je direct rood fruit, zoals wilde aardbeien en iets van kersen en frambozen. Maar het behaaglijke kruidje is tevens een genot voor het reukorgaan. De smaak is magnifiek; het heeft iets van een bourgondische pinot noir.
