De wijn heeft een heldere lichtgele kleur met een subtiele gouden tint. In het glas een rustige en constante mousse die past bij de rijping op fles.

Wat je ruikt
De geur is expressief en duidelijk druifgedreven. Je ruikt rijp wit fruit zoals appel en peer, aangevuld met citrus. Daarnaast zijn er typische Meunier-tonen van lichte kruidigheid en gist, met op de achtergrond een zachte, aardse indruk.

Wat je proeft
De wijn is droog van stijl, met een frisse maar ronde zuurgraad. In de smaak keren appel en citrus terug, gevolgd door een lichte kruidigheid. De textuur is iets ronder dan bij Blanc de Blancs, maar blijft strak en zuiver. De afdronk is droog, fris en aanhoudend, met een lichte hartige toon.

Oogst & Wijnbereiding
Héritage Blanc de Meunier wordt gemaakt van 100% Pinot Meunier uit de Vallée de la Marne. De vinificatie vindt plaats met focus op het behoud van fruit en frisheid. De wijn wordt geproduceerd volgens de traditionele methode, met tweede gisting op fles en 48 maanden rijping sur lie. De lage dosage (Extra Brut) laat het karakter van Meunier en het terroir duidelijk spreken.
