Giallo paglierino intenso con riflessi dorati. Al naso i profumi di pesca e albicocca si fondono alle note di ginestra e gelsomino, ai tocchi di macchia mediterranea e alle sfumature minerali. In bocca ha corpo, lunghezza e grande slancio favorito dall’acidità e dalla sapidità.Il “Bauci” di La Fralluca è un bianco prodotto con uve viognier allevate in biologico in un particolare vigneto esposto a nord, su un suolo ricco di calcare. La fermentazione è eseguita in acciaio, mentre l’affinamento prosegue per una parte nei medesimi serbatoi, per un’altra in tonneaux. La ricchezza e la verticalità acida sono i tratti distintivi di questo bianco dalla spiccata aderenza territoriale.
Un bianco che ha corpo e freschezza, da abbinare ai secondi piatti a base di pesce e alle carni bianche delicate.
