We recommend using this product before bed to promote muscle repair and recovery during sleep, which is the most critical time for muscle building and training adaptations. Because it is in micellar form, it may not mix as well and typically requires more liquids. Add to 10-12 oz. of almond milk or preferred liquid and drink 30-60 minutes before bed. *Pro tip: heat up the liquid before mixing in the protein; it improves dissolvability and makes for a calming pre-sleep drink!
