- We do not offer refunds, only replacement product or future order credits

We will always communicate you first via email of such change, however in certain circumstances a flower substitution may be shipped without written or verbal confirmation from you.

- Shipments to Alaska have a $50 surcharge
- Shipments to Hawaii have a $100 surcharge
