Al palato è fresco, croccante e di buona acidità.Il Lazio Rosato IGT "Soré" della Famiglia Cotarella nasce dai vigneti più giovani di merlot e da quello storico di aleatico, coltivati entrambi nella zona della Tuscia; le uve poi, raccolte quando la maturazione ha raggiunto il giusto equilibrio, vengono vinificate in tempi diversi. Dopo la fermentazione alcolica, infatti, il vino rimane in acciaio, a contatto con le sue fecce fini, e solo successivamente viene effettuato il blend. Immediato e dal sorso piacevolmente vivace, è un Rosato che ben si presta ad allietare gli aperitivi, soprattutto nella bella stagione.
Perfetto anche per allietare l'aperitivo, accompagna bene i pranzi leggeri, soprattutto se a base di pesce e crostacei.

On sale purchase and glad I waited.

I'm 6'1 186lbs size 33x30, I don't workout but for whatever reason my calves pose a problem with a few brands and styles of pants. These feel wonderful and the color is awesome. Minus the tight area in the calves these are perfect for summer in Oklahoma. I usually wear these with light brown or gray penny loafers no socks or some suede Allen Edmonds chelsea boots and a white vneck tshirt. I got these on an extremely good sale so that helps. I wouldn't pay full price for whatever that's worth.
