Featuring extra-thick 1.5-inch foam insulation combined with Igloo's patented CoolRiser technology, the cooler efficiently retains ice and keeps contents chilled for longer periods. The design includes oversized, heavy-duty hinges and a self-stopping hinge mechanism that holds the lid securely open for easy access.
For added security and convenience, the Trailmate 52QT is equipped with Sure Lock rubber latches and a lid locking plate, ensuring the cooler remains firmly closed during transport. The extra-wide side handles with a diamond-textured grip provide comfortable lifting and carrying, even when fully loaded.
