Directions
In the shower your skin will already be damp, for those patio treatments you can apply to damp or dry skin, this is personal preference.
Once you start using the product you will know which way you prefer.
The more time you spend to massage the product over your skin, the better the results you can expect.
You will be the judge of when is enough. Go over the areas being treated more than once. Go from start to finish and come back again and again if you like.
Use circular motions, focus on the areas with the veins you want to disappear.
You can use your hands, a shower mitt, a shower body brush whatever is your favourite.
Rinse and you are done!!
Your skin should feel beautifully hydrated and smooth.
You could feel this for a day or two or more, everybody’s skin is different.
Hot Tips
Remember though, this is a treatment!
Slapping on just quickly for two seconds and washing it off is not going to get you the great results this scrub is capable of delivering. Take the time… massage well… go over the same body parts as much as possible, as much as your time will allow you to.
To start with use each day, once or twice for the first 5 to 7 days. From there you can drop it back to once or twice a week, you will be the judge.
In between your treatments use deLadonica’s Heal Shine & Protect Body Oil. Take time to massage and enjoy the amazing benefits of further healthy beautiful skin.
Elevate:
Wherever you can, daily if possible, try to elevate your feet above your heart level with full leg support and comfort. In other words, with the couch or cushions/pillows under your knees for support.
Wriggle and curl your toes, bend and flex your ankles gently forward and back. Bend your knees up and one leg at a time lift your feet so the soles are facing the sky. (You might like to do this on the floor) This just needs to be relaxing and soothing, and something to enjoy doing in your downtime, while watching the tele, is a good time, but it’s not a strenuous workout.

Take before photos. Then take monthly photos from there and try take them in the same spot and the same time of day without shadows and get the best natural light you can.
