Tech Tip: Before installing the new pedal, inspect the floor pan mounting bracket (the "ears"). If they are bent or rusted, straighten and clean them to ensure the new hinge pin slides in smoothly. A dab of synthetic grease on the roller and hinge pin will provide a modern, effortless pedal feel.
