Lew's® Custom Pro Baitcast Reel features an ultra-compact design with a sleek 1-pc. aluminum frame; its 30mm drilled aircraft-aluminum U-spool with Speed Knot® line tie runs light and smooth, aided by the effortless efficiency of Lew's advanced ParaMag® ITB (Inertia Transfer Braking) cast control. With proper adjustment of the spool tension knob and braking dial for the rod, line and bait being used, this new, self-intuitive system virtually eliminates the need to thumb the spool while casting. Pro-quality features throughout, including high-strength aluminum Speed Gears® with P2 Super Pinion® bearing-supported pinion gear design; a smooth 11-bearing system with double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings and Zero Reverse 1-way clutch; strong carbon-fiber drag with a full 20 lbs. of drag power; and a bowed 95mm carbon-fiber handle with Lew's high-leverage Pro Power handle knobs.
