Paglierino luminoso e chiaro alla vista. Il naso è profumato e intenso, contraddistinto da note floreali di tiglio e da sfumature fruttate di pesca e di susina gialla. Il palato è scorrevole e fresco, sorretto da una bella spalla acida e di buona lunghezza.Le uve internazionali dello chardonnay incontrano le terre del Salento e il tutto si traduce nel bianco “Santa Caterina” etichettato “Due Palme”. Dopo la vendemmia, solitamente effettuata ad agosto, le uve subiscono una criomacerazione per poi essere vinificate. Da ultimo, prima dell’imbottigliamento, il vino riposa per qualche mese in acciaio. È uno Chardonnay che non pretende niente, concedendosi allo stesso tempo in tutto e per tutto: è uno Chardonnay che si beve che è una bellezza.
Da abbinare alle preparazioni a base di pesce, è ottima insieme ai paccheri con la rana pescatrice.

Great value for the money!!
They are not as stiff at the bottom of the handle where it’s connected to the actual spoon as others but I have been using them daily since i received my shipment some time back and none have broken. I am very satisfied with this purchase for a great price! Having so many (1000) spoons is one of life’s tiny pleasures of knowing I will not have to worry about ordering my plastic spoons for a very long time. Compare box of 100 for $3.89 or 1000 for $9 98! Easy choice for me.
