FULL COVERAGE: Sized at 12″ X 17″ ( 30cm x 43cm) to cover large muscle groups in various parts of the body. The Freeze Sleeve Flat Pack is an extra-large hot or cold compress. Simply place it onto the area that needs relief, such as your back, shoulders, hips, knees and more to help relieve joint and muscular discomfort.

COLD THERAPY: helps reduce swelling and helps relieve daily aches and pains. Use the Flat Pak for acute injuries with swelling such as bruises, sprains, muscle strains, post-game recovery, rotator cuff discomfort, and more. For cold therapy, simply place the Freeze Sleeve Flat Pack inside any resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Our design locks the cold in around treated area.

HEAT THERAPY: Use hot therapy to help ease muscle and tendon soreness, loosen tight muscles, relieve aches, and more. To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve Flat Pack from the storage bag and microwave for 30 seconds, then hold it firmly against the skin. Your Freeze Sleeve Flat Pack should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Freeze Sleeve helps soothe sore muscles and aches by transferring the cold/heat to the affected area.
- EASY TO USE: Simply take Freeze Sleeve Flat Pack out of the freezer or microwave & place it on the treatment area for instant therapy. The large pad is great for covering a large area of your body at once. It is designed to simply place it on after coming out of the freezer or microwave, no need to place a towel between the pack & the skin.

"Heather" and Non-Heather Colors are Not the same Fit & Material

I bought these in one of the "heathered" colors and loved how soft they were. They are really comfortable and stretchy, thick enough that they can be worn on their own. They are not a perfect fit, but fit well enough and I can overlook this because of how smooth they feel.
I wanted to try other colors and only realized after purchasing that the non-heathered colors were a different material. I was able to return them but they should probably be listed as a separate item. They have an entirely different fit and texture and I would not recommend.
Five stars for the heather colors, one star for the non-heather version.

These are great leggings! They’re my third pair. They are comfortable, lightweight, and fit great. I wouldn’t say they are buttery soft as compared to other leggings that are listed the same texture, however they are soft and smooth. The pockets are a must and are positioned perfectly.

Extremely impressed with these leggings! These athletic leggings are absolutely amazing! The material is incredibly soft and feels so comfortable against the skin. The quality is top-notch, with a durable yet flexible fabric that moves perfectly with your body. They are completely squat-proof, which makes them perfect for workouts, and they stay in place without sliding down, no matter how much you move. Some of my more expensive name brand leggings don’t check all the boxes; as these do! These leggings truly combine comfort, quality, and performance—highly recommended!
