How to use rose quartz roller
- Wash face with your favourite cleanser
- Apply your favourite serum or cream to your face and neck.
- Use upward motions to move the Jade rose quartz roller gently over your forehead, cheeks, around the lip area and neck. Close your eyes and roll gently over your eyelids if you have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes.
- Use the rose quartz roller on your face and neck for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Use the Jade roller three times a week to reduce lines and wrinkles.
- Clean your Jade roller according to the instructions.
Use the big roller for your cheeks and forehead, the smaller roller is for under the eyes while the Gu Sha can be used for a whole body massage.
Tip
Store your roller in the fridge for a gentle cooling effect which will help will fatigue and puffiness.
