Axe & Sledge Multi+ is a solid daily multivitamin geared for performance, not some cheap generic pill. The idea is simple: hit the key micronutrients with good forms, throw in support for stress and how your body uses nutrients, and make it easy to stick with in just 3 capsules. For someone who trains hard, that counts. A multi only helps if it fixes the nutrition gaps from intense sessions, dieting, bad sleep, or a packed schedule.

The vitamin and mineral setup is done right. You get 50mcg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D3, a good amount for immune health, calcium balance, and keeping your body running smooth. It teams up with 120mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7, the form that lasts longer and helps push calcium to your bones instead of letting it build up elsewhere. Vitamin A is beta carotene at 900mcg RAE, a safer pick for everyday use than straight retinol. Vitamin C is at 270mg, enough to boost antioxidants and help with collagen without overdoing it.

The B vitamins are built for energy and the demands of training life. Thiamine at 30mg, riboflavin at 20mg, niacinamide at 50mg NE, pantothenic acid at 50mg, biotin at 300mcg, folate at 400mcg DFE, and methylcobalamin B12 at 50mcg handle the basics for breaking down carbs, fats, and proteins, plus red blood cells and methylation. Vitamin B6 is pyridoxine-5-phosphate at 25mg—the active form that's ready to go—which shows quality since it doesn't need your body to convert it like the basic version.

Minerals are where this stands out from basic multis. Magnesium is bisglycinate chelate at 105mg, zinc as bisglycinate chelate at 15mg, selenium as glycinate at 150mcg, copper as bisglyc

Key Highlights

  • 50mcg Vitamin D3 + 120mcg Vitamin K2 MK-7 — this combo is smart. D3 helps with immune stuff and keeping your body balanced, while MK-7 makes sure calcium goes to your bones and not where it shouldn't.
  • 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha — this is the good stuff, a root extract standardized to 5% withanolides. It's a solid dose to help you handle stress, recover better, and deal with tough workouts plus daily life without feeling wiped out.
  • Magnesium as bisglycinate chelate at 105mg — way better than cheap oxides in budget multis. This form is easy on the stomach and absorbs well, helping with muscle work, nerves, and recovery.
  • Zinc as bisglycinate chelate at 15mg — a good dose in an easy-to-absorb form. Zinc is key for immune health, enzymes, and hormone stuff, making it a must in a multi for active folks.
  • Selenium at 150mcg with iodine at 150mcg — this shows they get thyroid health. Iodine is the building block for thyroid hormones, and selenium helps convert them into the active form your body uses.
  • Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine-5-Phosphate at 25mg — the ready-to-use form, not the cheap one. It helps with amino acid breakdown, brain chemicals, and enzymes tied to training and recovery.
  • Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin at 50mcg — a premium pick over cyanocobalamin. It supports red blood cells, nerves, and methylation, especially with folate and choline in the mix.
  • Full B-vitamin lineup in real doses — thiamine 30mg, riboflavin 20mg, niacinamide 50mg, pantothenic acid 50mg, biotin 300mcg, and folate 400mcg DFE build a strong base for energy. This is what active people miss until fatigue hits from bad eating or hard cuts.

Who Is This For?

  • Gym folks in off-season mode pushing volume, eating big, and focusing on recovery. D3, K2, magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins back the basics intense training needs, with KSM-66® Ashwagandha helping during long blocks.
  • Busy types training early or late who eat decent but not perfect. Fills gaps with magnesium bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate, methylcobalamin B12, P-5-P B6, and ashwagandha to handle work-gym stress overlap.
  • People cutting calories to drop fat without tanking performance. Protects basics with vitamins and minerals, plus stress and hormone support from D3, zinc, iodine, selenium, and boron.
  • Over-40 crowd balancing body comp and health. D3 + K2 + boron help bones, while magnesium, zinc, selenium, and antioxidants cover common gaps as you age.
  • Anyone with high-stress weeks, bad sleep, travel, or spotty meals. Gives a daily hit of 24 micronutrients plus KSM-66® and Bioperine® to stay covered when things get rough.
  • Everyday wellness seekers wanting better than drugstore basics. Chelated minerals, methylated B12, active B6, MK-7 K2, and ashwagandha make this feel premium for performance.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily with a meal, like breakfast or lunch, to make it easy on the gut and help fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K2 get in. New to multis or sensitive? Start with 1 capsule for 3-4 days, then 2, then full dose. No need to time with workouts—this is base nutrition. Food helps with D3, K2, minerals, vitamin C, choline, and black pepper. Stacks fine with creatine, fish oil, greens, protein, electrolytes, pre-workout—it fills the gaps. Watch stacking extra zinc, selenium, D, iodine, or other multis to avoid overload. No cycling needed; daily use is best for D3, K2, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and ashwagandha. Store cool and dry with lid tight to keep capsules good.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: with food, it's just easy capsules and normal digestion—no drama, no stims or quick hits. Days 1-7: you start feeling covered with steady vitamins, minerals, and cofactors, even on off eating days. Some notice it just makes them feel less scattered nutritionally. Weeks 2-4: this is when D3, magnesium, zinc, selenium, K2, and KSM-66® Ashwagandha build up—stress feels easier, recovery better, baseline steadier. Long-term, it's about a reliable foundation under your training and life, not a big wow feeling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Axe & Sledge Multi+ different from a basic multivitamin?

Multi+ goes beyond bare-minimum vitamin coverage by using stronger forms in key places and adding 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha, 3mg boron, and 5mg Bioperine®. It is designed more like a performance wellness foundation for active adults than a generic one-a-day built around the cheapest raw materials available.

How many capsules are in a serving of Multi+?

One full serving is 3 capsules, and each bottle provides 30 servings. That gives you the complete daily formula with all listed vitamins, minerals, KSM-66® Ashwagandha, Bioperine®, and boron.

Should I take Multi+ with food or on an empty stomach?

With food is the better choice for most users. Taking it alongside a meal improves tolerance and supports absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K2, while also making the minerals and black pepper extract easier on the stomach.

Does Multi+ contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This is a stimulant-free daily foundation formula, so there is no caffeine, no energy rush, and no pre-workout type of feel.

Is the 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha dose meaningful?

Yes. 300mg of KSM-66® is a credible daily-use amount for stress adaptation and recovery support, especially when taken consistently for 2-4 weeks. It is not there as label decoration.

Why are iodine and selenium both included in this formula?

Because they work together in thyroid physiology. Iodine is needed for thyroid hormone production, while selenium is required for deiodinase enzymes that help convert T4 into the more active T3 form in peripheral tissues.

Is the choline dose in Multi+ enough for nootropic effects?

Not in the way a dedicated nootropic formula would be. The 100mg choline bitartrate dose is better viewed as foundational nutritional support that complements folate and B12 in methylation and acetylcholine-related physiology.

Can I stack Multi+ with creatine, protein, and pre-workout?

Yes. Multi+ covers the micronutrient foundation, while creatine supports phosphocreatine stores, protein supports muscle protein synthesis, and pre-workout handles acute training performance. These products occupy different roles and generally stack very well.

Does Multi+ need to be cycled?

No. This is a daily-use formula, and its value depends on consistent intake over time. Nutrients like vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and the cumulative effects of KSM-66® make regular use much more logical than cycling.

Who should be careful with Multi+?

Anyone who is pregnant, nursing, taking thyroid medication, using blood thinners, or already supplementing heavily with minerals should speak with a healthcare professional first. Vitamin K2, iodine, selenium, and ashwagandha are all relevant to those situations.

Attractive
Size: 4 Panel-88'', Color: Grey
The assembled product is just as described. The screens look great! I am using them to hide the cluttered shelving in my garage. The area now looks quite neat Something I must say, though, is that the assembly was extremely difficult. I had to use a silicone spray and some pounding to get the A and B poles to fit together. Also, it required a great deal of strength to stretch and hold the fabric panels so that the bars inserted in each hem lines up with the screws inserted in A/B poles. I strongly recommend having a partner to help with the assembly. while sc and screw into poles them once inserted intetchedtne end of each pole ( and B poles barely fit together. I used silicone spray on the end and then pounded them

Does the job, but assembling by yourself is a nightmare
Size: 4 Panel-88'', Color: Black
Does it do the job? Yes, although as others said there are small gaps but it's not a huge deal. The price is also good. But the reason I'm giving it a 3/5 is simply because the assembly for this was a complete nightmare. I honestly don't think I would recommend this to anyone unless they have another person to help them assemble it, because doing it by myself was terrible. I don't think I'd buy this again, I think I'd opt to just spend a bit more money and save myself the trouble personally.

Reasonably adequate room divider
Size: 4 Panel-88'', Color: Beige
I'm reviewing this as I assemble it. Couple things: 1. I didn't expect as much assembly. I've ordered dividers before and they more-or-less came as one unit. Sometimes the panels needed screwing together. These require complete assembly and come largely as three rods: two make up vertical columns and snap together. Another one (called part "C") makes the horizontal columns and you have two of these per panel (one attaches to part "A" and the other part "B"). These parts are metal with a plastic shim. Using the wood screws to attach to part "C" is a real pain in the neck. There's not much holding the panel in place so it's a little tricky. One tactic I've found while I'm assembling that works for the initial connections from parts A and B to their respective "C" rods is to hold the screw in place with a screw driver and then rotating the rod around the screw. This will do a number on your hands if you aren't wearing gloves. This obviously doesn't work when completing the connection. Using a driller driver on this is really near impossible because there isn't anything you can use to secure it in place. You can use it on the first panel, but as it gets longer, it becomes increasingly difficult and because it isn't wood, it's really tight. I considered drilling larger pilot holes but since there are only 4x4=16 screws I need to screw in, I just decided to use my screw driver to complete it. 2. Also related to assembly. When completing the panels (attaching parts "A" and "B" to parts "C" that have the cloth cover on it), you have to be careful that when you tighten that side that it isn't loosening the other side. Because the pilot holes are so tight, you can end up rotating the rod, which rotates it in the same direction as looser on the original side. Having someone hold the "C" rod in place while you screw it in is probably the easiest approach. I didn't have a 2nd person, so I just had to keep flipping back and forth and tightening both sides as I screwed it in. Not the worlds biggest deal, but annoying nonetheless. 3. The way the instructions are written, they seem to suggest building this thing progressively; that is, you do panel 1, then 2, connect them together, then do 3 and connect it, etc. I took a different route that I suspect saved me quite a bit of trouble, and I assembled all four panels first and THEN connected everything together. 4. For the love of God make sure you check that the plastic tip is on the same side for every panel. Otherwise, you have to take one side apart again and reverse it. On the bright side, if this happens, you've essentially bored out the pilot holes to be the correct size... which is having me question if I shouldn't have just bored them out to the appropriate width in the first place. 5. Attaching all of the panels together is also an enormous pain in the ass unless you happen to have an 88" long elevated surface. Attaching the legs either requires you to elevate one side, which will invariably twist the inexplicably cheap material in the bottom connectors... or you can attach them sideways... or you can put this thing upright, having two people hold the panels in place while you use the allen wrench to tighten the bolts on the underside. None of those are particularly great options. NOW on to the utility itself. 1. The panels do let some light through (I didn't believe their advertising, and that was one of the reasons that I bought beige, is that I wanted it to not be too dark). They aren't transparent though, so it isn't that far off from their description. They functionally work great, and keep the mess of wires hidden and when I'm sitting at my desk, actually reflect quite a bit of light into my office. Great! 2. My wife has described these as "the most hideous piece of furniture ever conceived of by man." So it does not have spouse approval factor. Granted, she will seldom be in my office area, so that isn't the end of the world. 3. These are really hard to align in a way that doesn't look a little tacky. There are some plastic connectors but they don't do a bang up job of keeping these in place. Each panel is slightly tilted and it's... quite obvious. I may at some point make my own improvements to these to help make them more level. It's not a particularly expensive product so I wasn't expecting much so it's fine and I'm not going to ding them on the rating because of it. All said, would I buy this product again? Probably not. It's assembly was ~90 minutes which is about 75 minutes longer than I was anticipating spending on this (not including the 5 minute writeup that I'm doing here). But am I going to return it? Also no, if for no other reason I'd be just as annoyed taking it apart and putting it in the original box to return it.

Versatile Room Divider With Easy Assembly and Strong Coverage
Size: 3 Panel 12FT W
I picked up this Siebwin 3-panel folding room divider mainly for privacy and room separation, and overall it works very well. Assembly is very straightforward, and the divider can be set up, taken apart, and stored without much effort. The fabric quality feels good, and the frame construction is stronger and more stable than expected. The support tubes especially feel well built and help keep the divider standing securely. One feature I really liked is the flexibility of the design. The panels can be used together as a complete divider or separated depending on the setup and available space. That makes it much more versatile for different room layouts or temporary privacy needs. The coverage is also very good, and the size matches the manufacturer’s description accurately. The fabric blocks light and background visibility well enough to provide solid privacy without feeling overly heavy. The wider feet also help improve stability compared to thinner folding dividers. Another positive detail is that everything arrived complete with no missing parts or damaged pieces, which made assembly much easier and faster. Compared to cheaper privacy screens, this one feels more durable and easier to customize depending on the situation. In terms of value for the money, it feels like a very practical and worthwhile purchase considering the size, flexibility, and build quality. Overall, a versatile and well-built room divider with easy assembly, strong privacy coverage, stable construction, complete included parts, flexible panel configuration, and excellent everyday functionality.
