DESCRIPTION
Zinc is an essential mineral that's found throughout the body playing a key role in (almost) all aspects of health.
Zinc is required as a cofactor for more than 300 different enzymes, which in laymen's terms means that it's required for their 'proper functioning'.
Research has shown that Zinc helps our immune system fight off invading bacteria and viruses, support the production of testosterone as well as make proteins and DNA (the genetic material in all cells).
Seeing as Zinc is such an 'essential' mineral, you maybe surprised to learn that (an estimated) 30% of the worlds population do not get enough dietary Zinc, which is exactly why we created Zinc+
Zinc+ is a dual mineral formulation, consisting of a highly concentrated form of Zinc (Zinc Citrate) and it's essential cofactor Copper Gluconate in an optimised ratio.
Zinc and Copper work hand-in-hand to execute many important jobs, but they're also antagonists, meaning that if one is too high it can cause the other to become too low and vice versa.
So whilst it’s important to maintain optimum levels of both Zinc and Copper, it’s also vitally important to maintain the optimal ratio between the two, as when your Zinc:Copper ratio is out of balance, health challenges can occur as a result.

Zinc Citrate (Zinc), Copper Gluconate (Copper), Cellulose, Capsule: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, Anti-caking and flow agents: Vegetable Magnesium stearate, Silica.

DIRECTIONS
Take 1 capsule per day 2 hours after your final meal.
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
*If using in conjunction with REBALANCE+ and/or MINERAL COMPLEX, then take Zinc+ 2 hours after lunch.
