Al palato è molto fresco, sapido, armonico ed equilibrato.Il Terrazze dell’Imperiese Bianco IGT "Rebosso" di Tenuta Selvadolce nasce nella Liguria di Ponente; le uve vermentino vengono allevate secondo i dettami dell'agricoltura biodinamica, la fermentazione si svolge in acciaio e il vino riposa, poi, in cemento per circa 20 mesi. Imbottigliato senza chiarifica o filtrazione, è un Bianco schietto e diretto, in grado di esprimere al meglio le peculiarità del varietale; succoso ed energico, invita più e più volte al sorso.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai primi, in bianco, di pesce, si sposa bene con i crostacei, i molluschi e i piatti vegetariani.
