The IKON IGCO-2 Full-Size Gas Convection Oven delivers professional baking performance for commercial kitchens. Featuring dual ovens with independent glass doors, adjustable fan speeds, and electronic controls, it provides efficient and precise baking. Ideal for restaurants, bakeries, and catering operations.

• Three in-shot burners per oven, 18,000 BTU each (total 54,000 BTU)
• Independent glass window doors for each oven
• 2-speed ½ HP fan motor (1725 / 1140 rpm) with forced ‘cool down’ fan mode
• Porcelain enamel oven interior with oven ready light
• Electronic ignition (Fenwal) and electronic thermostat (FAST) with manual timer
• Temperature range: 150°-500°F (66°-260°C)
• Stainless steel front, sides, and top exterior
• Control panel on the right side, away from burners
• Two halogen interior lights for easy viewing
• Five nickel-plated racks per oven, 10 rack positions
• Anchor point on rear of oven for restraining cable
• Single oven requires IGCO Leg Kit (sold separately)
• Double oven requires two IGCO ovens and IGCO Stacking Kit (sold separately)
• Available in Natural Gas (NG) or Liquid Propane (LP), conversion kit supplied
