Service Kit for BMW K1600 All Models 2012 - 2021

All parts required to complete service on your K1600. Our service kits are available in three different levels: Basic, Basic +, and Full. Please select from the drop-down menu which level you would like! If you are unsure, feel free to give us a call at 616-530-6900. Note, special tools are not included. If you are interested, we have Oil Filter Wrenches, Fill/Drain Syringes, and Spark Plug Sockets available individually.

Basic Service

Sufficient to perform an engine oil change. Recommended every 6,000 miles or annually if mileage is not achieved.

Basic+ Service

Sufficient to perform both engine oil change and final drive oil change. The final drive oil is recommended to be changed at break-in service and at least every 12,000 miles or two years after that but we recommend every 6,000 as cheap peace of mind.

  • 5 Liters, BMW Advantec Full Synthetic 5w40 Engine Oil (83212365958)
  • 1 BMW Oil Filter (11427673541)
  • 1 BMW Engine Oil Engine Drain Gasket Ring (07119963252)
  • 1 Bottle (500mL) BMW G3 Hypoid Axle Oil (83222460128) *Spec is 180mL but smallest available bottle.
  • 2 BMW Final Drive Drain Plug O-Ring (33117695219)

Full Service

Sufficient to perform engine oil change, final drive oil change, replace air filter, drain and fill coolant, and replace spark plugs. Recommended every 18,000 miles; BMW's most comprehensive standard scope of service. (Note: valve clearance check also recommended but not included in this kit. Looking to do the full monte? Large is a little big for Bostons

Seems to be durable for 2 VERY agressive chewer Boston Terriers. Cricket and Alice are shockingly good at chewing - grateful they pick to do so with thier toys. Trial vs other name brand competitor. PetStages' is a little larger so harder to bite on fir small dogs, but seems to be equally durable. While PetStages proudly states it has real wood fiber and scent (whoch I thought would win)... they prefered the other. Both dogs love to chew on real sticks. But, when the bossy one indicated she was taking over the stick the other dog had, they exchanged, and kept chewing, over and over, back and forth. I mean to say, whatever the prefered stick was at first didnt seem to matter later. These super hard chew toys do make me nervous. One dog broke a tooth last summer on a different brand toy, a very expensive extraction bill, and poor pup's terrible discomfort... but the other did not and has amazing white teeth, all around.... so.
