Rosso rubino intenso. Si apre al naso con sfumature floreali, seguite da profumi di marasca, confettura di frutti rossi, note di spezie, echi di cuoio; al sorso è strutturato, avvolgente, equilibrato, con un lungo finale.

L'azienda vinicola La Collina dei Ciliegi produce il suo Amarone della Valpolicella nel vocato territorio di Grezzana, nella Valpantena, caratterizzato da colline con un terreno argilloso e calcareo. Dopo un'accurata vendemmia manuale, i grappoli vengono fatti appassire nel fruttaio per circa cento giorni; successivamente alla fermentazione, il vino affina per un anno in barriques e tonneauax di rovere francese. Intenso e rotondo, dal ricco e sontuoso bouquet, è ottimo da sorseggiare durante i pranzi delle festività invernali.

Ideale con brasati, carni in umido, formaggi a lunga stagionatura.
