This prep table provides 9.7 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage beneath the prep surface, with two adjustable shelves that hold up to 90 lbs each, allowing ample room for extra ingredients, containers, or backup stock. The top section includes 12 standard condiment pans for quick access to frequently used ingredients. The full-length heavy-duty polyethylene cutting board ensures a stable, hygienic workspace for food preparation and is easily removable for cleaning.
