With 10 grams of premium whey protein and 30 grams of high glycemic carbs, this drink mix contains an optimal 3:1 ratio of fast absorbing carbs to protein to promote faster recovery. Recovery Max also contains magnesium, to help promote normal muscle function, and zinc, to boost the immune system (which becomes suppressed during intense training).
