Why Sodii hits harder than a standard sports drink

Traditional sports drinks can be light on electrolytes and heavy on sugar. Sodii flips that script by prioritising sodium and key minerals with minimal carbs. Each sachet delivers:

  • 1000 mg sodium – supports fluid balance, nerve firing and muscle contraction
  • 210 mg potassium – helps regulate blood pressure, fluid balance and muscle function
  • 70 mg magnesium – supports energy production, muscle relaxation and recovery

This high-electrolyte formula is ideal for:

  • Endurance training and racing
  • Heavy or “salty” sweaters
  • Summer heatwaves and humid days
  • Tradies and outdoor workers
  • Keto, low-carb, carnivore and fasting lifestyles

If you need strong, functional hydration rather than a sugary sports drink, Sodii is built to deliver.

How to use Sodii Salty Variety Pack sachets

Always follow the serving instructions on the pack and adjust to your individual needs, sweat rate and guidance from a healthcare professional.

  • Standard serve: mix one sachet with 500–750 mL of water, adjusting for taste and salt preference.
  • Before training: take a serve 30–60 minutes before exercise to support pre-hydration.
  • During training: sip consistently during longer or hotter sessions, especially if you sweat heavily.
  • After training: use Sodii to support rehydration, particularly if you experience cramps, headaches or fatigue.
  • Everyday use: enjoy a serve across the workday to support focus, energy and fluid balance.

If you are new to high-sodium electrolytes, start with a smaller amount (for example half a sachet), assess how you feel, then gradually build up to a full serve.

Clean ingredients & naturally salty-sweet flavour

Sodii is crafted with a short, functional ingredient list. Across the flavoured range you will generally find:

  • Australian lake or sea salt (primarily Lake Deborah salt) as the sodium source
  • Potassium and magnesium in bioavailable forms
  • Organic stevia and natural flavourings
  • No added sugar and no artificial sweeteners
  • No unnecessary fillers or gums

For full ingredient panels, see the individual product pages linked above or browse all Sodii options in the Sodii collection.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly comes in the Sodii Salty Variety Pack?

The Sodii Salty Variety Pack contains eight single-serve sachets — one of each flavour: Salty Grapefruit, Salty Pineapple, Salty Citrus, Salty Raspberry, Salty Passionfruit, Salty Kiwi, Salty Mandarin and Unflavoured. Each sachet holds Sodii’s high-electrolyte formula designed for serious hydration support.

How salty is Sodii compared to regular sports drinks?

Sodii is purposefully much saltier than most supermarket sports drinks, with 1000 mg sodium per serve. That salty profile is intentional and reflects the amount of sodium many active people and heavy sweaters actually need, especially in hot Australian conditions. If you are new to salty electrolytes, start with more water or a partial sachet and adjust from there.

Is the Sodii Variety Pack suitable for keto, fasting and low-carb diets?

Yes. Sodii is sugar-free and very low in carbohydrates, making it suitable for keto, low-carb and fasting protocols where extra electrolytes are often needed. Always check your specific macros and speak with a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions or are taking medication.

When should I use Sodii — before, during or after training?

Sodii can be used at all three times:

  • Before: pre-load before long, hot or intense sessions.
  • During: sip steadily to replace electrolytes lost through sweat.
  • After: support rehydration and recovery, especially if you are prone to cramps or post-session headaches.

Your ideal timing and dose will depend on your body, training load and environment.

Can I share or split the Variety Pack?

Yes. Many customers share sachets with training partners, family members or co-workers so everyone can test flavours and saltiness. Just remember each sachet is a full-strength serve, so splitting one between two people is a simple way to ease into higher-sodium electrolytes.

What if I have health conditions or need to limit sodium?

Sodii is a high-sodium electrolyte product. If you have kidney disease, heart issues, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have been advised to restrict salt or fluid intake, speak with your doctor or healthcare provider before using Sodii or any high-electrolyte product.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.
