The 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 48RE valve body controls gear selection, line pressure (clamping force), line rise (meeting torque demand), converter mode, flow, pressure, shift timing and quality. SunCoast valve bodies address all of these areas to enhance transmission operation and durability. The SunCoast valve bodies allow for crisper shifts, enhanced converter operation, cooler operating temperatures, and increased lube flow. Full time converter feed assures lube flow while in the park position and under high throttle conditions. Torque converter clutch lockup can be achieved in all forward gears when used in conjunction with a controller. This feature is desirable for optimum exhaust brake operation.Shipping Notes

Sturdy
The ball bearings make them roll smooth. I've put plenty of pressure through them and no bending or breaking. The middle sized unit is probably the most useful. The small one has it's uses but can act like a pizza cutter and easily go through sound deadening mats. The large one has a little too much surface area to get a good crush on the mats.

Well Made Tools!
I have been installing Kilmat in my early 74 Datsun 260Z restoration and these tools are very nice for the price. I like them because they actually have ball bearings and move smoothly over the matting. The size selection is very handy as well and even has some nice finished wooden handles.

These things a freaking AWESOME!
If you're doing a big sound deadner job, you need thees! The 3 different sizes are perfect for the different shapes in the floor pans. Well built, good quality and they have a nice weight to them. Just buy them and thank me later. For $15.00 you can't go wrong.
