Catan: Junior is a great way to introduce younger players, starting from age five, to the world of Catan. In this adventure, players navigate a ring of islands, build pirate hideouts, and avoid the ominous Spooky Island where the Ghost Captain resides. Resources include wood, goats, molasses, and swords, and players can also collect gold. Starting with two pirate hideouts, players build ships to expand their network, using resources to construct more hideouts or seek aid from Coco the Parrot. The goal is to be the first to control seven pirate hideouts to win the game.
